Green Room Studios ("we," "us") is a youth performing-arts studio in Rochester Hills, Michigan. We keep this simple: we collect only the information we need to run classes, lessons, and programs, and we don't sell it to anyone, ever.
Information we collect
- Contact information you send us. When you email us (hello@ or any of our addresses) or use a contact button on this site, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
- Booking information. When you book a lesson or class time slot, we collect the name, email, and any details the booking form asks for (such as a student's experience level), so we can hold your spot and communicate about it.
- Registration and purchase information. When you register for a program or make a purchase, we collect the purchaser's name, email, program or product selections, and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
Students and children
Because we teach young performers, information about students under 18 should be provided by a parent or guardian. Registration and booking forms are intended to be completed by adults. We use student information solely to deliver our programs (class rosters, communication with families, and safety), and we do not share it outside the studio except as described below. Parents and guardians may review or ask us to delete their child's information at any time by emailing us.

What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not collect information from visitors who simply browse. Reading this website requires no account and sends us no personal data.
Service providers we rely on
Like most small organizations, we use trusted services to operate: our website is hosted by Netlify; email and lesson scheduling run on Google Workspace; and online payments (when available) are handled by a payment processor such as Stripe. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security policies.
Photos and video
Rehearsals and performances are sometimes photographed or recorded for the studio's archives and promotion. We obtain consent from a parent or guardian before featuring an identifiable student in our marketing or social media, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Keeping information safe
We limit access to personal information to the people who run the studio, protect our accounts with strong authentication, and keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@greenroomstudios.org and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change (for example, when online payments launch), we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
